In Boekel Ecovillage ask every ecovillager to voluntarily contribute to the development of the village. You can be an accountant, builder, editor, it doesn’t matter. Because every job is valued the same, so you can do whatever your qualities are.
The great thing about working for Ecodorp Boekel is that it is such a broad project that everyone can develop their core qualities within the ecovillage. If you have a task where you can use your core qualities, it does not cost you energy, but even generates energy!
